Delivery & Refunds


Delivery time

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Within Germany, the delivery time (standard shipping) takes approximately 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Delivery costs

We calculate € 4,90 (incl. VAT) delivery charges within Germany and € 12,90 (incl. VAT) if you choose express delivery on checkout. (Delivery is free when your order is over € 75.)

International delivery costs (incl. VAT) are as follows:

  • • Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Spain, Portugal: € 9,90

Depending on where you live, additional costs for customs fees may apply. These are charged for independently by your local customs authority.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Complicated Needs Helge Simon, Hornstrasse 11, 10963 Berlin, phone: 00491627316119, mail@complicatedneeds.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

Shipment

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
